Bomberman Online Multiplayer With Friends
Classic Boomers brings the 4 player Bomberman you remember to the browser. Make a lobby, send the code, and you are bombing each other within a minute, from anywhere in the world.
How online lobbies work
- Open classic-boomers.com and click Create Lobby.
- You get a 5-letter lobby code, for example
K7PQ2. - Send the code over WhatsApp, Discord or anything else. Friends click Join Lobby and type it in.
- When 2 to 4 players are in, the host hits Start.
Matches run on a server in Amsterdam. The server decides what happens, your browser predicts and corrects, so nobody can cheat and everyone sees the same explosion at the same time.
Mix online and local players
Two of you on the couch and two friends online? Add local players from the lobby screen. Each local player gets their own keys on the same keyboard, and the online players join through the code. Any combination up to four players works.
Fill empty slots with bots
If only two of you are online, the host can add Easy, Medium or Hard AI bots so the map still feels busy. Bots can be removed again before the match starts.
Free, with optional extras
Playing is free and you never need an account. If you sign in with Discord or Google your skins and gems follow you across devices. A Premium Pass for €4.99 removes ads, adds 500 gems and unlocks the Founder skin.

The game runs on a European server with sub-100 ms response for most players in Europe. Players further away will notice a little more delay but can still play.

Yes. Everyone joins the same lobby, whether they are on a phone, tablet or desktop.
